Testcenter


 In its modern Test Center, DAe Systems has the capability to perform development and qualification tests according to various specifications and standards.

The test chambers, shakers and other equipment allow testing in several enviromental conditions, e.g. altitude, temperature, humidity, vibration - in parallel or seperately.

Besides the multiple usage of this test facility, a team of experts is available, offering every necessary support from competent guidance during test planning and supervision during tests up to full test reporting.

In order to master these challenges the DAe Systems Test Center is equipped with following test equipment:

Altitude, Temperature, Humidity, Vibration Chambers

i.e. equipment which allows parallel realisation of altitude, temperature, humidity and vibration stress on the test specimen.

Vibration Systems

i.e. equipment allowing vibration and shock testing on vertical shakers or on slip tables.
Test equipment

i.e. a great variety of test equipment to measure and monitor the test specimen parameters during tests, e.g. data acqusitions systems, pressure sensors, flowmeters, electric equipment, analysers are available.

Calibration and Maintenance of Equipment

All measurement equipment in the Test Center of  DAe Systems is calibrated on a regular basis by approved calibration laboratories or is adjusted by DAe Systems by means of calibration standards.
